     Since our cottage is built in the deep nature, here are some tips for your comfortable stay.

    Please read and keep our rules following.

    ・Transportation

    There is no public transportation except BUS and TAXI in Tanegashima. Please make sure to have a reservation for rent a car before arriving at the port or the airport.

    * About 15 minutes from Nishinoomote port to us.

    * About 50 minutes from the airport to us. 

    * We don't arrange rent-a-car service.

     

    ・Shopping

    There are super market, convenience store, drug store, restaurant and Japanese bar in the town. You can buy something to eat, drink and other necessities there.

    * About 15minutes driving from us.

    * You can only use cash basically. Some stores can accept credit card.

     

    ・Payment and ATM

    * We can accept " Cash " and " Credit Card ".

    * There are banks and ATM in the town. You can withdraw money if you need.

     


    ・Wild life

    As our guesthouse is in the deep forest, 

    * Please understand the bugs such as ants, mosquitos and flies might come into the cottage no matter how clean we do.

    * Please always make sure to close all net screen doors completely . If you forget, annoying bugs such as mosquito, fly and bee may come inside.

    * In order to avoid the enter of the annoying bugs, please open and close the screen slide door  as quick as possible.

    * As the bugs  around come to the light, please turn off the light when not in use in the night.

    ・Natural environment

    As Tanegashima is a remote island, the cost of gas and electricity are quite expensive. Please kindly save the using them ( When cooking, using hot shower in the bathroom, using air conditioner, using the light etc... ) .

    ・Garbage separation

    For keep our environment clean, please kindly dispose of the garbage based on the local rule.

    * Please do not mix kitchen waste and plastic wrap up when to dispose.

    * Please dispose of kitchen waste into compost.

    * Please do not crash the cans and pet bottles, when putting them in the rubbish.

    * Please flash cans,  pet bottles and bottles inside when to dispose.

    * Please wash and dispose of white tray for food.


    ・Pet-friendly guesthouse

    We are happy to welcome your pets with you. We only allow them that must have basic training.

    For your memorable staying, we can arrange some activities that make your body and soul healthier.

     

    Yoga, Mind fullness work shop, Scuba diving, Surfing (guide, rental surf board), Snorkelling, Sea kayaking, Seeing and making pottery, Memorial photo and movie service etc …

    * Reservation requires in advance.

    ・Service in Hide A Way

    We have some services for your enjoyable stay.

     

    * Rental BBQ grill ( ¥1,000 / person )

    * Rental studio ( ¥5,000 / 3 hours ) 

    * Rental surf board ( ¥3,000 / day 〜 )

     

    ・Tax included.

    ・BBQ is available between 16:00〜21:00.

    ・Please bring food and drinks for your own. 

    ・Please bring your own leash code in case you rent a surf board.


    About our measures for COVID-19 prevention

    We endeavor to create a clean environment by implementing infection measures. We ask our guest to clean hands when entering the guest house. If you have a fever or you feel any abnormalities in your body, please let us know right away.

    1. Our hygiene management

    ・Install alcohol disinfectant at the entrance in the guest room

    ・Ventilate air in the room while cleaning

    ・Clean the points touched by many people with alcohol (tap, door etc...)

    2. Staffs initiatives for COVID-19 prevention

    ・Check the body temperature, wash hands and mouth, put the mask on when needed

    3. Cooperation with dear guests

    ・Please check the body temperature, disinfect hands till the tips of fingers, put the mask on when check-in.

    ・Please clean and disinfect hands as often as possible.

    ・Please put the mask on when needed.

    ・Let us know immediately if feeling bad.

    ・Please understand to let us watch you and make you wait if having any symptom (fever, sore throat etc...). Please also obey the instruction from the health center and medical institution.
